I added this to the calendar and updated your post to remove the email address to protect you from spam.
Just a general note to All- in addition to the PM system, you can enable emails in your User Profile (click the USER CP link at upper left) then the system will allow people to send you an email through bonsaiTALK without getting your email address. If you reply to that email directly, then of course, they'd have it, but you don't have to reply.
Go to
Edit Options and tick the box to Receive Email from Other Members
