I bought a "chinese privet" bonsai. I live in Iowa, and I keep my bonsai by a window where it gets filtered sunlight.
Many of its leaves are getting brown at the tips, and then falling off. It has some new growths though.
It is getting cooler, and my apartment stays at about 65-70 degrees by the window. I water my bonsai once a week, soaking it in the sink for 10-15 minutes, with diluted Shultz 10-15-10 fertilizer.
Should I be concerned about the leaf loss?
Should I take it away from the window?
I love my plant and want it to be healthy and happy...please help!
