My girlfriend bought me a "mallsai" over the summer. I kept it outside all summer and it did very very well. When i went back to school i took it with me and put it under a plant light which I have other plants under in my dorm room. For a while the bonsai actually looked better. Lots of new growth and very green.

Then it started to develop wispy white cotton like growths at the tips of the branches and those spots turned brown. It has been steadily spreading. What do I do?

Please help me. Thank you.
