Leaves look a lot like Elms.

It was a lot shorter, had grass and weeds growing in it, but looks healthy. I'll post pics later.

Does anyone know a lot about these trees: characteristics, growth habits, backbudding, ramification, nebari, etc.?

Knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
