I guess my first question is why are you applying it "systematically"? And what exactly do you mean by systematically? Do you have repeat infestations? That is more likely the cause of the damage to your tree. If you don't have infestations, why do you keep spraying it?

I have used neem on any trees that get infested and never have had a problem with it - but it ususally only takes 1 or 2 treatments to take care of the problem. If you are having to use it over and over, there must be something wrong.
