Forgive me, if I am a bit more optimistic about changing things. After all, campaigns and alternate technologies have managed to impact, for example, recycling practices. Might not there be an alternate to the objectionable glue used to secure mass-produced bonsai trees that doesn't undermine nursery profit margins? One that biodegrades after a suitable time? Possibly another thread is needed for that discussion. I'll go start one now.
