The whole plant is the poisonous part.
Beautiful plant, Bass. Mine is a couple inches shorter. Actually I have 3, my largest is the one a couple inches shorter than yours. But mine is fatter.
The first one I ever saw, I was in the Peace Corps in Niger. There was a desert rose (Adenium) at a crossroads on the research farm where I worked. It was about 2.5 m tall, and the base was about 1 m wide.
I asked about it. No one knew where it was from or what it was called.
It was only abut 4 years ago that I again saw one. I bought it. It was labled with it's name, so I could finally look up information aobut it.
