Emergency treatment

If it was mine, I would remove all the leaves and branches that are dark or not healthy.
I would check the roots to see if they are healthy and remove all those that are brownish to black and repot it in a good free draining bonsai soil.
I would then put it in a very humid area or better in a closed plastic bag and leave it there until you see new growth.
When new growth appears, open the bag slowly for an hour or so and increase the time each day untill the plant gets acustomed to the outside environment.
