Everyday I see this beautiful tree. It is about 12+ feet high and is relatively young, the trunk has a diameter of about 8-10 inches. The bark is very smooth and a light color.
The awesome things is the needles. They are a vibrant almost neon greenish-yellow color. The way the people cut it was so the branches didn't start until about a third up the trunk, instead of letting it just grow like a normal pine.
Maybe someone will be able to label it using my vague description?

The color of the needles is like nothing I've ever seen.
