Nice forest planting. A path of light colored stone or sand going through the gap in the center would add to the display I think. Just curious how do you trim these? I have a thornless honey locust, Gleditsia triacanthos inermis with what appears to be the same type of small, opposite leaflets. I would suspect you can prune to shape sorta like a hedge? True?
