can i make my question more specific: I want to air layer a very small branch, like shohin size, very thin, and only like 4 leaves, can i do that? how would i go about that? how much roots would that need, would i want to wait till late summer to take it iff anyway?

i am not taking it off a ahohin, i want to make a shohin
