Based on what I have read so far, when I put this new tree in the larger pot I should comb out some of the roots and trim back the larger roots to encourage the smaller root growth. Is this right? Should I cut the top to keep it short when I put it in the larger pot? Is it a good idea to remove the lower branches to foster the 2 main trunks?
