When I first started bonsai I acualy read no books lol. I did a lot of online research though. I would recommend you do this, it is free, and a good way to get ahold of some good knowledge
. They main things you need to learn are, soil/repoting, watering, feeding, wireing, and basic pruning for the type of tree you want. Try starting here...
