Hi Tony,
It is nice to look at in the winter.
It is Zelkova serrata.
This one doesn't have red stems or petioles but it is what they refer to as a "Red bud"
Zelkova. When the buds come out in Spring or after defoliation they are a bright red color.
I had some that had the green buds and they were not as vigorous and they were more difficult to train into broom style. They always wanted to shoot out horizontal branches.
I propagate off this tree from cuttings. It's a good stock tree.
