My first Bonsai purchase was from csnursury, it was a Juniper, even though I made the mistake of keeping it indoors for about 2 weeks, I then realized from reading on this forum to keep it outdoors, I immediately moved it outdoors and it pretty much was all brown and dead about 3 weeks later. I made sure that I watered it correctly, not overwatering it, and made sure it had good drainage. Makes me think it might of already been pretty close to dying when purchased, as alot of people tell me that a juniper will stay green for a while even though it is dead. Then again I'm not taking away from the fact that I am a nivice!! And I very well could of killed it!! By the way, thanks for the great responses and sugesstions so far!!
