Make sure what you're seeing are the seeds you planted and not weeds; even if they are weeds be patient until the real deal comes up You don't know how many times I've been fooled by weeds, only to have what I planted sprout just about when I figure out what's been growing was a weed
Growing from seed is all about patience. When you get tired of waiting for your seedings to become bonsai, get youself one that is much further along from a nursery, but still keep the seedling. Then when you finally spot one that can be collected, try that too. The point is, when you find a species that you like to work with, REALLY WORK WITH IT. Then let us know something about that tree you found out that really might contribute to the greater good of all
