I have a few run ins with Squirrels from time to time, but our West Highland Terrier is red hot at seeing them off if they come near my trees.

A relative has told me about trying grated solid soap on their normal runs, which is supposed to be a major deterrent. Have not tried that before, so has anyone else heard of this as a quite harmless way of keeping them away?
