Yes, I've grown em' from seeds. I live in zone 10 in South Florida, what I did was just drop the seeds in a container of sand half submerged in a bucket of water, they were kept moist and warm in the Spring sun and sprouted in a couple of weeks, when they were a week old, I filled the container up with water to the edge of the pot, they've been growing fine ever since....growing them in water helps to develop the roots....that was 2 1/2 years ago, I will remove and redevelop the branches once the trunks are ready....here's one of the 1/2 dozen I am growing....
