If I may be so bold, this tree is too big for its britches. The trunk is overwhelmed by the rest of the tree. Also, the nebari seem uneven here.
The longterm fix IMHO is a LOOOng term fix to develop a unique and hefty trunk using one of the current branches.
The short term would be something like this:
Not a great tree like this, but a nice little tree.
