sorry about the graphic detail. Hope no one was reading this over the lunch hour.
Feeling much better now, the professional clean-up crew has sanitized the lower level, and the insurence adjuster is due out tomorrow. Also, the guys with the back-hoe to dig up the pipes clogged with tree roots.
That's why all trees should be in pots!
