This is, or isn't, a "common honeysuckle." You need to find a species name for it. I suspect this IS NOT a "vining" honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica) that's become an invasive pest here in the U.S. This is a bush honeysuckle, most likely one of these

Almost all species of honeysuckle are hardy, tough and tolerant of bonsai training. Be careful with trimmings and seeds. These things are prolific and will take over gardens and nearby landscapes if left to themselves.
