Matt: You are in an exelent aeria for growing a large variety of material. Also Orange County gives you axcess to many exelent bonsai nurserys and Bonsai Clubs. My first question is what material would you like to develop and what is your mental picture of the finished tree? (because bonsai is living material it is truly never finished as long as it is alive)
Treekutter: I am asking about both the material and the growing beds as the material will affect the growing methods.
