My wife bought me my first bonsai Tree two weeks ago, it's a Deshojo maple. she got it from a market stall, the stall holder is a fulltime bonsai dealer he said it was ok to keep the tree indoors... luckily i have learned early enough that without the right care such trees are better off outdoors. I don't know how old the tree is, but i have the e-mail addy for the dealer my wife bought me my tree from. Hopefully he can shed some light on the history of my maple, as it looks real nice.
