Yup that Oiso River sand isn't cheap that's for sure. Perhaps checking out DIY stores/Garden centres like Lowes or Home Depot, even builders merchants or landscaping firms might carry sands of varying colours and sizes. There may be an equally nice local stone or sand that is quarried which would suit your requirements.
