This looks like a very nice stump to work with. It has great shape, movement and taper.

The lowest branch looks too low, and the second one up is about right given the flare and shape of the trunk.

A branch on the opposite side up somewhat higher where it looks like there is a bud already formed will fill in nicely on that side, and you will need a back branch somewhat between the two.
