Hi all.....I guess it is, like most things, a personal choice. I regret not being able to see how much change ( I hope improvement) has occured in my trees. For example, I have a Blue Moss Cypress purchased at a local garden center. It was 3 ft high and Xmas tree shaped. At the begining of the summer I shaped this tree and trimmed it, giving it a new leader. It is now about 2 ft tall and starting to look good. I wish I could see what I started with. But thats just me I guess!
