Thanks for all your answers.....! I forgot to tell you that the Elm is kept outside from Apr - Oct (0 to 32 Deg C), and in a shed during the winter from Nov - Feb (0 to -5 Deg C), and inside from Feb - Apr, so it should have gone dorment.....? but still did not drop any leafs....! Had a look for any mits....but saw none....! I guess I will try to keep it a bitt less wet for a period, and see what happens...!
