Thanks for the recco' Joanie, I'll be sure to check out House of Bonsai next time I'm in the Anaheim area. I had a chance to visit Chikugo-En and Marumiya today. Chikugo-En had the most variety and number of plants to choose from...I think I spent at least an hour just walking through the maze of trees. Gary and his grandmother were a pleasure to talk to...very informative and just all around good people. I was informed by Gary that there was a ban on importing Bonsai trees from China and that it would take a 2 year probation period to get a specimen inspected before allowing it to be imported into the states...so there goes my chances in finding a Fukien Tea locally. Marumiya had the least amount of trees out of the three nurseries I've visited, but they did have the best price for pots due to a 30% off sale from which I benefitted.
