1. What kind of bonsai do you have and how long have you had it?

chinese elm, about 2 weeks

2. Where did you get it, and what was its condition at the time you acquired it?

garden centre, at that time it still had darkgreen glossy leaves

3. When did you notice the problem?

when the time runs by i could see the leaves getting lighter and lighter and more crispy

4. How have you been watering it and how frequently?

i've been watering every day. when i water i use a waterspray you know such thingie.(excuse me mi dutch ) and i spray the leaves from the top and then the soil. then i wait for 10 mins and spray the soil again.

5. What region are you located geographically and where are you keeping your tree, indoors or out, full sun, part sun, shade?

As you know the netherlands, ever been there? well then you should know the sun doesnt shine here very often. But im lucky it's summer now. I keep it indoors wher it should catch full sun but the balcony of the neighbours hangs over my room window and if the sun hangs high it's mayb not getting direct sunlight. My room window is located to the south tough.

6. Does the soil have any unpleasant odor?

No it's smells great like forests when i water it and during the day it doesnt smell bad either.

7. When was the tree last repotted?

I haven't repotted it since i have it.

8. Is there any discoloration of the foliage? Would you describe it as turgid and green, dry and brown, wilting, mottled or partially eaten? If you brush the foliage with a fingertip, does it fall off?

As i said the leaves are getting lighter and crispier.

9. Is there evidence of pests, like ants or aphids?

Not that i know

10. Can you post a picture of your tree to the forum?

I have added a zoom on my leaves. hope you guys see it cuz i make the pics with a webcam.
