I looked at your pictures again after my reply. 'Kazan' (aka 'Rukizon') has a very unique leaf, small and shiny, nearly diamond shaped. Also the flowers have stamens?? (not sure if that's the proper term) with black ends. I don't believe any other satsuki have that same trait. That's my guess until I see a better foliage picture.
