Wonderful displays! You really have a good eye!

I agree with most of the improvements that have been mentioned so far so I won't repeat them.

However to the shohin display being crowded I believe that a new arrangement may create greater harmony. I don't know all of the rules for display so I don't know if this would break any of them but here goes. Perhaps if the waterfall stone were matched up with the cascade and the entire table with that pair were moved all to way to the back of the table, while the larger accent replaced the stone in that part of the display and that table was moved to the middle ground of the table and the remaining accent stayed where it is. To me the flow might be better that way but I'd have to see it to know for sure.
