Hi, it sounds like Matt is correct in his thought, it sounds like a Serissa. Serissa are lovely little trees..... they even have a fan Club.... the IHSFC that stands for... I Hate Serissa Fan Club, Why? Well they are capable of dropping leaves on a dime. They do not like change... any change. I had three of these, now I have one! Do not over react to its problems. Water it as it goes dry... not by the calender! Leave it in one place, do not move it to the light and then back inside. I am a novice of but a few years experince, but I have had my Serrisa for a few years. They are very pretty in flower. I am sure a more knowledgeable member will give you more in depth info.
