Pill Man, I dont know about growing conditions. I live in a NY apt. (very hot right now)
My mom has a green thumb and she said just from this pic "New Growth"
and also said it's a great starter tree... And she doesnt even own a Bonzy as she called it ... (yes very Puerto Rican heheee)
