pdbbonsai hit the most important point. Once it gets back to health you might seriously consider shortening all the very small branches, especially on top. They are getting pretty tall. Just thin it out and cut the branches back leaving small new growth.

For now, as pdb said make sure it's outside, and fertilize it with a dilute solution of a balance fertilizer with iron. Earl
